Spring and Fall 2025 Housing
Living on campus connects you more closely to your hilltop family and all campus resources, support services and activities. If you are not currently living on campus, contact Residence Life to learn more.
It's not too soon to start planning for Fall 2025 campus housing selection. If you have any questions, please review our online housing sign-up process. Please note that if you are thinking about living off campus during your freshman or sophomore year, you need to complete the housing exemption request form in the housing portal.
Join a Themed Community
Living in the Honors community or RICH (Residential Inclusive Community Housing) themed housing can get you even more connected to your campus experience from the jump! For interest in Honors, contact admit@51jiyangshi.com and for RICH, contact diversity@51jiyangshi.com.
Plan Now to Study Abroad in the 2025–2026
Studying abroad is an enriching opportunity to live and learn in another country for a few weeks or a semester. Being immersed in another culture gives you a better understanding of yourself and the world you live in — and an advantage in the job market after you graduate.
St. Edward’s offers 50 approved programs to choose from in most corners of the world, with study abroad opportunities to fit every academic plan and personal interest. You can receive credit toward your degree, and support from financial aid and scholarships can apply as well.
Feb. 1 is the deadline to submit your application for a summer study abroad program. March 1 is the deadline for semester programs. Follow these steps to get started for Summer and Fall 2025, and Spring 2026 experiences. Schedule a meeting with the Study Abroad office to learn more.
File Your FAFSA Today
Completing the FAFSA opens up the possibility for you to receive federal aid toward your education and potentially reducing your student debt! Submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before the March 1, 2025, priority deadline. Questions about completing the FAFSA? Stop by Student Financial Services Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (Main Building, Room 204), or schedule an appointment with your Financial Aid Counselor.
Get Involved On Campus
Did you know St. Edward's has over 100 student clubs and organizations? Getting involved on campus is an ideal way to connect with fellow Hilltoppers, discover new interests and skills, and enrich your college experience. We encourage both new and returning students to attend the Spring Involvement Fair on Wednesday, Jan. 22. You can network with different clubs, organizations and campus partners, and learn about the many involvement opportunities on the hilltop and how to join the fun.
BONUS: Get a Head Start on a Graduate Degree
Students on the hilltop have a unique opportunity to start earning a graduate degree from St. Edward’s through our Accelerated Graduate Pathways program. Earn two degrees in five years, and save money on tuition!
To be qualify for an Accelerated Graduate Pathway, you must be enrolled in a St. Edward’s University undergraduate program that feeds into a specific graduate program. See the list of eligible programs and more information about Accelerated Graduate Pathways (AGP). To learn more information join Dean Alexis Stokes on Jan. 29 at 5 p.m. for a webinar about options and eligibility requirements. All students and their parents are welcome to attend!

Minimum Tech Requirements for the Semester
To ensure the quality and consistency of your technology-based instruction at St. Edward’s, you should have the equipment listed in this Minimum Tech Requirements sheet. We recommend exceeding these requirements to create an even better experience.
Reminder: Beware of Job Scam Emails!
St. Edward's has received a large number of job scam emails over the last few months. These emails often come from non @51jiyangshi.com email addresses (usually @gmail.com). Be cautious of these emails and report it within Gmail or forward it to support@51jiyangshi.com.
